Many companies, including the Pacific Gas & Electric Company, are using technology and machines to replace humans and do the tasks normally delegated to humans more efficiently & cheaper. This risks unemployment and domination of robots in the workforce.

With the rate that technology is growing I believe it's possible for one day machines to be able to do almost any task a human can, but if that makes our lives easier and more efficient is it such a bad thing?

Though it is exciting that their are new advancement in technology, this seems to be putting our struggling economy in a deeper hole. However with that being said, does the new production of machines stimulate new jobs in for others?
